Standard Return Policy
Most items bought from us may be returned within 30 days from the date received. All damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. All returns must first obtain RMA number over the phone or submit online return request form.
Items over 150LB are governed by Large Item Return Policy.
International Orders are governed by our International Return Policy. Due to shipping regulations, items with gasoline engines cannot be returned after gasoline has been added to the tank. These items must be repaired at a authorized Factory Service Center. Restocking Fees will be applied in certain situations.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, simply go to ‘My Account’, sign-in (if necessary), select ‘Returns’ and fill-out our Return Request Form. We will provide you with return instructions. You can also call us to obtain an RMA number which is necessary for us to process your return. Returns must be post-marked, within 30-Days from the date received and in re-sell condition to avoid a 15% restocking fee. To avoid restocking fee, the return item must be in original case, with the accessory and document paper, and no visible marking on the items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, unless damaged in shipment.
In order to keep our prices low, we have to charge a re-stocking fee in certain instances to re-coup the cost associated with returns. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed in the following situations:
Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used, or damaged condition. Orders "Refused" without authorization. Returns that were shipped back after 30 days of the date received (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected). Once we receive your return, please allow 14-Days for us to inspect and process your return. Credit card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the account you provided when you placed your order.
Large Item (Over 150LB) Return Policy Due to the expense of shipping heavy items, large items are governed by a separate Return Policy. Be sure to carefully inspect all Heavy Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading as freightliner handling charges cannot be refunded. If items arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.
