Coaxial indicator provides a simple and accurate method of finding the center on a bore or cylinder of a workpiece or fixture in a milling machine or lathe. The face of the indicator remains stationary with the help of the stopping rod while the machine spindle rotates in low RPM. Adjust the table position in both X and Y axis to reduce the travel of the dial indicator. When the dial hand is stationary, then the center of the location is found.
