- Made from E52100 alloy steel and hardened to HRc 44-48
- Each collet gone through 100 hr of thermal aging process to eliminante grinding residual stress and long cryogenic treatment to imoproce wear resistance
- Internal bore, external surface, and end surface precision grinding to mirror finish with roughness tolerance of Ra 0.4
- High polished outside surface reduced the force absorbed by holder pocket, increasing the grip force on the cutting tool
