YNG151C Coating
YNG151C is a PVD coated cermet insert design for high speed fine finishing in steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Uniform micro grain TiCN-based substrate reduces friction between insert and workpiece to reduce build-up on edge and increases wear resistance in continuous high speed turning and fine finish in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. PVD coating is added as a lubricant layer to provide excellent wear resistance and extended tool life.
