Office Support - Full Time Customer Service
Shars Tool Company is currently looking to build our customer service / office support staff.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Quoting pricing & availability to
- Processing fax orders
- Answering emails
- Faxing order confirmations
- Answering customer phone calls
- Tracking back orders
- Processing returns
- Data entry & Sales tracking
The ideal candidate should have:
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Mozilla Firefox
- Some Quickbooks knowledge (not required but a plus)
- Prior office experience
- Capability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Ability to multitask effectively
