Office Support - Full Time Customer Service

Shars Tool Company is currently looking to build our customer service / office support staff.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Quoting pricing & availability to
  • Processing fax orders
  • Answering emails
  • Faxing order confirmations
  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Tracking back orders
  • Processing returns
  • Data entry & Sales tracking

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Mozilla Firefox
  • Some Quickbooks knowledge (not required but a plus)
  • Prior office experience
  • Capability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Ability to multitask effectively
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am -- 4:30pm. After probationary period, applicants are eligible for paid health benefits, vacation time, and other perks.
