Shars Tool is currently accepting resumes for our Field Sales Representative position.

Position Description

The Field Sales Representative is an outside sales position. This position is a full-time position with base salary, commission, and serious growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and/or extending current relationships with customers
• Creating a territory plan
• Optimizing call routes
• Maintaining a proactive approach to driving sales by utilizing all available channels of communication and services
• Responsive customer service
• Providing customers with technical knowledge both pre-sale and post sale

Position Requirements

All candidates must have:

• 5+ years of previous sales and/or relationship building experience
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Extensive industry knowledge or experience
