Strong Gripping Force
Needle bearing container holds 140% more needle bearings than the traditional design, providing powerful and distortion-free gripping power during heavy duty milling. The internal spiral slot together with the thick wall of the chuck body provides strong torque and rigidity, eliminates distortion in heavy milling, and achieves smooth milling work without vibration or slipping of the end mill.

Runout accuracy is witin 5 micron (0.0002") at 3xD location using a 32mm testing round shank
- All milling chucks undergo a sub-zero cryogenic treatment (-90 C) after heat treatment to remove residual Austenite. This creates a uniform Martensite state and eliminates distortion, preventing deformation during the life of the toolholder
- Dynamically balanced to 20,000RPM at G2.5 by Haimer balancing machines at all locations for consistent balance
- Manufactured from alloy steel with good core strength and long wear life. Taper shank is case hardened to 56-60 HRC
