- This live center has a combination of heavy-load precise angular contact bearing, tapered roler bearing, and needle roller bearing, all bearings are made by FAG from Germany
- Bearing clearance can be adjusted and locked on the front cover of the live center to maintain the best performance between the bearings
- Lubricant can be added into the live center body to maintain lubrication on the bearing
- Long Spindle point extends into needle roller ball bearing supported shank to effectively improve rotating performance and reduce vibration
- The 60 degree rotating spindle is made from high carbon alloy steel with heat treated to HRc 60+/-2
- The combination of steel shield and neoprene seal on the front can prevent cutting fluid and dust from entering in the bearing
