Design
Spotlight
- Arbor diameter is precision grounded by a CNC grinder to achieve H6 bore tolerance
- Runout tolerance is within .0002" from R8 shank to face mill arbor
- Bottom contact surface between face mill and this tool holder is precision ground finished
- Tool holder is made from drop forged alloy and heat treated to 56-58HRc
- Each key is precisioned milled and countersinked and finished in black oxided and assemble into the tool holder with screw
- R8 taper is precision ground to achieve AT3 taper tolerance
- Slot on the R8 shank is milled finished with equal amount of depth all the way down the shank and the slot is also longer than other imports
- Each holder comes with a lab certificate on its taper accuracy and runout measurement
